Huck's Fan Page

Huck has been part of our family since 2009.  He was abandoned and friends of ours, who found him on the side of the road, asked us to take him.

We already had a registered Border Collie named Bud, who spent most of his time instilling in Huck that Bud was Alpha Dog and Huck gladly accepted his secondary role.  Just 3 months after Huck arrived, Bud died, we think, from heart worms.  Huck has filled a big void and we think it was fate that he came into our lives.                                                                     

The children who visit us at Shade Tree all love Huck.  Some seem to be more interested in Huck than apples.  Just wanted to share some of the precious photos that parents have sent to us.  Huck is the star of Shade Tree Farm and Orchard! 

While a family was visiting our store, I heard the mom call one of her sons, Sawyer.  I just had to have a photo of Huck and Sawyer.  What are the chances?
